Abstract

The authors give a comparative analysis of modernization of external economic complex of regions of foreign countries and Russia. A detailed analysis of different opinions about high technologies modernization of EECR is given. At the same time authors points some social, economics and psychological problems of EECR's modernization. The actual ways of modernization are suggested, those ways can be more effective and competitiveness for Russia.
