Abstract

The article gives an analysis of modern management of social institution of sport. In sociological analysis the main point is healthy motivation for doing wildly available sports especially for kids and students. There are some data about government administration sport activity. There is a lot of kind of sports improving leadership skills, that is why 92% of government elite are regularly doing sports.
