Abstract

The article analyzes ethnic-political contradictions and conflicts, and national-government experience of its solving in Belgium. For forming mechanisms of "United Europe" Belgium's ethnic-political problems become meaningful. The experience of so various country as Belgium for Euro Union can be an example of harmonic coexistence and development multicultural political union.
