MMUNICIPAL SELF-GOVERNMENT BETWEEN GOVERNMENT AUTHORITY AND CIVIL SOCIETY

Abstract

The article shows an analysis a place of municipal self-government between government authorities and institutions of civil society. The main attention is pointed on discussion between representatives of two concepts: government and public theory of municipal self-governing. Based on analysis the author makes a conclusion that municipal self-government is an institution of civil society and at the same time has a deep correlation with the system of state government bodies
