Abstract

The article deals with state public servant's culture which usually interpreted as majority accepted part of philosophy and ideology of management, as fixed notions and ideas, expectations, attitudes and standards as a basic of relations and cooperation inside and outside of organization. The author marks that one of measure for rating civil servant's culture can be a conception "corruption capital".
