Abstract

The article covers current and debatable problems of popularity law in life being of different subject, author's interpretation of content, structure of law enforcement space in modern Russia. Special attention is pointed on explanation of thesis that space factors of measuring law are not only imperative standards of current legislation but also law enforcement needs and interests of subjects, law enforcement ideology, culture of law enforcement activity.
