Abstract

The main challenges of the XXI century are globalization, growth of knowledge importance, changes in politic landscape, struggle for holding sources of raw materials, ecology, regionalization of the world, growth of anthropology factors role, changes in mass world-view, low effi ciency of social and public administration. All those challenges require adequate answers especially management ones.
