The article deals with such issues as the state, factors, and problems of the social partnership in the labour sphere. The author considers the main lines and forms of interaction between the subjects of social and labour relations, namely the state, employers, and hired workers, discusses the ways and means of getting balance of their interests on the key problems in the labour sphere
