Abstract

The article presents the sociological conception of multi-vector modernization, which is based on an idea of an industrial enterprise as a multi-structural formation including technological, industrial, cognitive, administrative, and other subsystems. By the example of sociological research, the authors show that successful modernization of an industrial enterprise can be being carried out in conditions of its consistent, coordinated development and upgrading of all its subsystems
