Abstract

The key problem of this article is the process of modern Russia modernization, which is closely connected with the necessity of realization of principle of social solidarity and democratic ideals of freedom and justice. Such strategy takes shape under indubitable influence of social democracy as the theory and practice of West-European countries, which have achieved great success in economic and social spheres.
