PERSONNEL VALUE MOTIVATION IN ORGANIZATION

Abstract

The article deals with some characteristics of forming personnel values and its influence on staff motivation in organization. There is an analysis of correlation between personnel and collective values in the process of motivation in hr-management. The author thinks that improving methods of influence on personnel value motivation in organization gives more success in achievement goals of a company.
